Psychogenic ED
I have been diagnosed with psychogenic ED. I have been quite anxious about it. All my reports are normal. Tadalafil is working well for me. Doctor has asked me to use it to overcome my anxiousness for the time.
My question is: How do I know if I am getting full erections? Should it always point up when I am standing or straight? Is it different for everyone? How should I test if I am getting the right erections? I get erections with my penis pointing straight forward. Does that mean it is not fully erect?
