Has to stop hand washes immediately. The hand washes contains a chemical which leads to allergic contact dermatitis. Switch to a non anti biotic Soap like Pears and never use any liquid for body hand wash or utensils. Use any good moisturisation like petroleum jelly for 2 month and you would be good for lifetime.
