My KFT was also normal...so far i don't any urine related problem. My father was diagnosed with CA prostate 11 yrs back and had gone radical prostatectomy. So far his PSA levels are absolutely normal Kindly tell if my PSA levels are normal..does it always have to less than 1 ng/ml ? Anything above 1 or 1.5 ng/ml is reason for worry for me or not ? do i need to go for PSA test every year...right now i am 40 yrs old. Thanks.

There are no accepted criteria in indian scenario. You can get PSA done regularly (yearly) for your satisfaction. In absence of accepted criteria, cut off of 1.5 is acceptable.
