Hello 1) Can i give Protinex powder(which we take) with milk to my 8 years old kid? We took covid treatment in April but weakness is still there. 2) He also eats other side of pencil, eraser, his sweat, pick nose & eats. He does it without knowing it. What to do

1. There is a separate protinex for kids called protinex junior. You can give him that one. 2. These are temporary habits. Gently warn him that they are not healthy. Don't scold him because that will bring attention to the habit and make stronger. You can ask elders or a doctor to speak with him about the habit
