There are various symptoms of vitamin deficiency but if are not feeling unwell nothing to worry. Take 30 -40 minutes direct sun exposure in the morning will support vit D hence calcium absorption . Curd rice and roti fermented in milk are for B12 . Citrus fruits and amla for vit C .....etc For protin and calcium milk products are good . But exercise is must for calcium protein metabolism. Plenty of fluids green vegetables lentils fresh fruits and dry fruits are good sources of daily requirements but good sleep, good physical activities, regular clearance of guts, regular meals with chewing well are good enough
