Hi Prostatic enlargement is of importance or need to intervene based on clinical  presentation and severity . It can also be age related without much symptoms. Enlargement of malignant origin or causing severe distress in patient by urinary retention , dribbling , pain abdomen and recurrent uti needs to be surgically intervened….if not conservative management will be enough…
