My father has been treated with laser operation for prostrate. Last 14 year back. At present he is having leakage problem of urine when ever he is sleeping. Can you suggest treatment or medicine

Since when he is having leakage of urine at night. Need to evaluate for urine infection, flow on Uroflow , USG KUB with PVR. Then only can be able to advice further treatment. So consult a urologist. After 14 years of long time prostate may regrows and creat problem related to passing urine.
