I have enlarged prostate 56 gm & PSA 4.25. Medicine Flowdart plus daily at night. Can I have sex once in a week. Thanks

Hi there. Prostate enlargement is usually due to benign prostatic hyperplasia and rarely due to prostate cancer. Your psa is in upper limit of normal so there is very slight risk it could be prostatic cancer. Either way for both sex is not a contraindication.. u have
