Since about 10 years, i am taking Tamsulosin medicine and also dutasteride for most part in combination. Since about a year I am taking twice a day as single dose was insufficient. My prostae size 59 cc, retention about 30 cc to 50 cc . Considering my age, is it advisable to get laser surgery done.
