Prostate and urinary problem.

In my ultrasound report shows "The prostate is enlarged in size with volume 35ml. It shows smooth contour and homogenous echo texture.B/L seminal vesicles shows multiple small cysts." "Urinary bladder is minimally distended and shows echofree lumen.No calculus/no wall thickness is seen.B/L VUJ is unremarkable. Is this report is normal or not. There is pain in right side of stomach in lower abdominal. What this report suggest.please answer.

Prostate is enlarged report wise, but its to be treated as if he having any symptoms. Otherwise d report is normal study

Sir, this ultrasound report is essentially normal. If you don't have any urinary symptoms, like night frequency, burning urination, straining during urination or poor stream, then, no treatment is needed. If any of these symptoms are present, consult a urologist. Thank you.
