I was doing prone masturbation for last 8 years , but now recently know that it leads to erectile dysfunction but whenever try myself to do normal masturbation , semen comes only in noncolured but whenever I try prone masturbation it white coloured and thick semen coming out and it comes within 2-3 minutes .How to avoid prone masturbation and how to do normal masturbation ?

Masturbation is Masturbation. Prone or supine won’t matter . If that was the case then people will conceive in one position but not on another.
