Reviewed your printed report. I feel it is the fibrous tissue in the periportal region that radiologist has commented on. We all have fibrous tissues in various parts of the body. They are like scaffoldings supporting the nearby structures. They should be just adequate to support and not excessive to disturb the functioning of the nearby structures. Your report does not reveal any abnormality which might suggest disturbed functioning. So at the moment I don't notice anything which should worry you. But of course this is just a report interpretation. If you are in Pune do book an appointment for proper evaluation which includes history taking and proper clinical examination apart from the clinical guided investigations
Next Steps
proper clinical exam
