It's good to have such a detailed history from the patient, but the deficiency of clotting factors can be evaluated only after a proper blood test is complete. PTT and PT tests will be required from a good lab to evaluate the status of blood clotting factors. Some other blood tests might also be required but these will be the first step.
Another suggestion would be to avoid using gum paints because they merely act as astringents and do not eliminate the cause of gum bleeding.
