My kid is 4 years 7months old. From Nov 1 she has fever. Also cold is present. We took all tests. What could be the reason for prolonged fever. Fever comes for every 9 hours. We are givi6her paracetamol. Is it safe to give paracetamol for so many days. I am attaching her reports. Please guide

Chart the fever .also how you take the temperature is important.what are the associated symptoms ?is the dose of paracetamol you giving is correct..
