Hi recently I did the test of testosterone & prolactin MY Testosterone is fine ( 285 ) but prolactin is high ( 39 ng/ml ). Blood test & Sugar is also fine. Kindly suggest is prolactin level is fine or I need to take some medicine , exercise etc Kindly suggest

Prolactin at this level dies NOT need any treatment. For Testosterone, you need to check to recheck it along with blood for Estradiol, LH. it's important to find out the cause first.
