Prolactin at 235

2024-05-11 14:52:58
Hi, I'm 43. I dont have diabetes or bp. My health is generally normal. I had a boy of nipple pain and mild discharge of white liquid only when squeezed. I took a mammogram which was normal and serum prolactin which was 235. Thyroid levels are normal. Every other level is normal. I'm generally stressed out and I have been taking sompraz l for a month for the last one month due to ibs. Please advise what the course of treatment would be. Thank you.
