Prolactin 71 PCOD
Hello doctor i am diagnosed with PCOD and took krimson 35 as advised for last month 21 days i am also taking fertisure F now. First time i got ovulation spotting in between this month given that my periods last started at 29 november. I got fluid coming out of nipples after my mid cycle and got my prolactin test as 71 i am advised to take tab blong and tab cabgolin. My thyroid is normal and beta hcg less than 0.01 what can i do to naturally conceive. I do take lots of stress. Can i naturally conceive or there is no chance?
Various ( male and female) factors decide about natural conception . Prolactin level is one of them which if treated should not create trouble.

Hi. In cases where prolactin is high, even if you naturally ovulate the endometrial lining where the baby implants is notoriously thin. It’s advisable to correct your prolactin levels.
Also, baby is only half from you. The other half is your partner. We need to evaluate him with semen analysis (3-5days of abstinence).
Based on all the reports together, we should be able to conclude what your best options are to get pregnant.
