Progesterone support in Blastocyst trans

I am under going frozen embryo transfer that is blastocyst transfer on Wed, my doctors has suggested me vaginal progesterone for 5 days which will be continued later. Burning down at my vagina since 2 days due to vaginal progesterone. what is solution to this issue. Can I use ice pack will it help or any other alternatives to reduce symptoms
