Problm of sleeplessness

My uncle having problm of sleeplessness from last 4-5 months.. he can't sleep from last 3 days and nights. . He is in RTO department in field work. So irritating in home always.. And his BP is always nearby 116/78 ,127/80. . So which doctor I can prefer. Means which department.. general medicine or any other department.. Please suggest the department
