Problems with tongue
I have a thin white coated tongue in morning and sometimes the coating comes back . I started using a tongue cleaner rigorously due to that a white patch of some sorts came on the side of the tongue .I consulted Oral medicine specialist , 2 ENT's ,1 Dentist they don't see anything abnormal on my tongue .They said its due to tongue touching the teeth .this patch comes and goes in a day then comes back . Its actually not that white patch its more tongue color . Doctors didn't found anything wrong in my oral mucosa .Please advice
If the patch comes and goes regularly then you should get a biopsy done by any oral surgeon.
If you have any habit of chewing tobacco out something like that then quit it immediately.
If your tongue is getting irritated by your sharp teeth then get your teeth grinded a little bit.
