Im having following problems- Generalized abdominal pain,upper and lower side,stools not clear,gas related breathing difficulties..kindly tell me whether surgery is required for the polyp or not..Kindly reply

Your symptoms are not related to these report findings. Treatment of all these problems is different and needs to be discussed. Gb polyp may or may need surgery depends on many factors.
