Problem with ears

From About last 2 years my ears , mainly for right ear but sometimes for the left ear only,  feels irritation,small pain, while using earphone.i can feel pain(small) at the neck right below the ear (may b at lymph gland) too..so now about 2 years, i use headsets only when necessary.what is the reason?is der ny solns..?

It could be due to impacted wax. You may need to repeat wax-softening and irrigation procedure a few times before the excess earwax falls out.  consult ent surgeon for further advice...
