Having red eyes Swollen eyelids, Itching And discharge coming from eyes From last 3 days. I wear lenses

It seems to be conjunctivitis Please put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin 2hrly and ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time. Do cold compresses Wash your eyes with freshwater frequently Wash your hands whenever you touch your eyes.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A. Avoid lenses for some time B. Cold compresses C. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better
