I have problem while speaking. I can't speak rapidly. 15years ago I suffered with malaria I was unconscious  for nearly 1.5 day.  And after that I my tongue got heavier. And since then I have this problem.  And I have also problem with my voice. Plz suggest me doctor from where I have to get treatment.
