Hello doctor, My bp is constantly fluctuating. I checked from 1/6/22(148/97), 140/87 dt. 2/6/22, 142/94 dt.3/6/22,145/92 dt.4/6/22. How can I control it. Please suggest.

do an ambulatory home bp monitoring test to confirm if u hav hypertension. aslo get an ecg and 2d echocardiography
