Haematinic Tablet's with police acid, zinc, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 This tablet is useful for the pregnancy ? Still I am not a pregant but planning for the pregnancy so is this useful or not?

Yes taking folio acid tablets prior to pregnancy reduces your chances of having neural tube defects in the baby. It is very preventable therefore continue taking these tablets if you’re planning a pregnancy
