Problem regarding urinary tract infectio

Hi doctor, I’m having burning when I urinate. I took Nitrofurantoin earlier, but I still feel discomfort. No fever or discharge. Urine is dark yellow. Can you help?” I consulted a doctor earlier and he suggested me to eat Nitrofurantoin tablet which is for uti but my symptoms is still more worse please help

The antibiotic is the drug of choice to treat UTI The reason why it hasn't worked this time is probably you have developed resistance You need antibiotic as per culture sensitivity
