Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Apply candid b ointment, 2 times daily for 2 to 4 weeks. Avoid using tight, nylon or damp underclothes. Consult offline after 2 weeks.

Itching on penis shaft without fever is usually due to: • Fungal infection • Sweat + poor hygiene • Allergy to soap/condom • Dry skin What you can do: • Wash with plain water, avoid harsh soaps • Keep area dry • Wear loose cotton underwear • Avoid scratching If redness, white patches, rash, or discharge is present, antifungal cream may be needed after examination. Penile shaft itching (without fever, discharge, pain, or ulcers) at 18 years is most commonly due to: • Fungal infection (mild candidal balanitis/dermatitis) • Sweat & moisture irritation • Contact allergy (new soap, condom, lubricant, detergent) • Friction (tight clothes, masturbation irritation) If there is: ✔ Redness ✔ Mild peeling ✔ White patches ✔ Itching worse in humidity → Fungal cause is likely. If only dry skin + itching → irritant dermatitis more likely. Since no fever, no discharge, no painful urination — this does NOT sound like a serious STI at first glance.
