Since you are better continue the same medication .
Call your doctor and request for further prescription.
If that's not happening ,then you can message me ,will prescribe and you can pick up from Pharmacy.
Meanwhile , consume lot of probiotics and prebiotics . Drink plenty of water . Walk for 30 mins atleast daily. Don't sit for long hours. Get up after every 45 mins or so and walk for a minute or so and continue your work. Eat high fibre diet with succulent fruits and vegetables.
