I've facing problems in urination since last month I am unable to urinate easily,having a severe blood pressure reaction. Vessels in my head dilate causing the headache as well as the vessels in penis causing erection occluding  urethra. I have to drink too much too much water to make myself urinate. The bladder is never completely empty ,low stream , very less urine comes out and after that my legs start paining, Sometime backpain occurs too.
