I have been facing prolem in urinating since 4 years. Symptoms are :- Burning while urinating, bad smell from urine , testicular pain, uncomfort in any sitting position, Back pain etc. I have also noticed redness in sperm while masturbate. I have done various tests and urinary check up.Consulted approx 4 urology and kidney specialists but problem still increasing day by day. Recently i have done a Kidney function test and full abdomen ultrasound. Report is in attachement .PLEASE HELP😟😟
