Hello doc recently i had Get my ultra sound done as i was not feeling well from a long time ..in it i had colitis and grade1 fatty liver.i have uncmfrtable feeling in my stomach and some white thing in stool ..do i need any treatment or it will heal on its own.age 23 male wght70
