When i sneeze, a little blood comes through my nose. This has happen two times since last month. what could be the possible reasons?

Frequent sneezing occurs due to allergy.. bleeding from nose need to be evaluated .. whether local trauma, infection or bleeding mass.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
