My wife who is currently breastfeeding complains of burning in her vagina during intercourse such that it becomes difficult to have intercourse. What can we do about it as it is leading to a problem in our marital life

She is breastfeeding the baby. That means she must have delivered about 6 months ago. At this stage the first possibility is Fungal infection.  She should use antifungal vaginal cream. But during the course of treatment you should avoid intercourse.
