You are suffering from the problem of hemorrhoids/anal fissures. I would advise you to take the following medications. Tablet zerodol SP one tablet 2 times a day for 5 days. Tablet pylon 1 Tablet 2 times a day, ww one tablet once daily, tablet Pantocid 40 mg 1 tablet once daily empty stomach, cream annovate apply locally. Continue for 10 days and report.
Health Tips
eat fibrous rich protein diet and green leafy vegetables. avoid spicy and non vegetarian food.
