Problem in knee

Whenever I exercise there is a sound from my knee but i don't feel any pain I Want to know why I might be hearing this sound? Do I have any problem or am I going to have some problem in future till the time I have these symptoms? And how do I get it right

Knee crepitus during squats,lunges and exercises is fairly common, it's  benign,occurs due to  shift in fluid or pressure within the knee joint capsule.However if associated with pain ,you need to consult with an orthopedist.
