Problem in good diet

I want to know whether brown rice is good for athlete or not ? I am confused Bcz I consume it 5 times in a week is there any healthier option ?

Hello,  brown rice are anytime better then polished white rice for any person be it a athelete or non exercising person. Brown rice is rice in fiber which when consume before any activity it will give you slow release of carbohydrates that will help you to perform better.
