Hi doctor. I did an ultrasound on 11th day of my period. It reads 7.8mm follicles are seen bilateral. Again on day 14th it reads No dominant follicles seen bilateral. Is there any serious problem? Can't I be able to conceive? please help me doctor. I am 30 years old. My weight is 65 kg.
