Respected Ma'am,  from the history you have given,  you might be suffering from Acute Bronchitis ( chest infection)  or unresolved case of pneumonia in rare case. So I would go for simply chest infection and you said you are having a breathing difficulty. I think you need a course of antibiotics, cough syrup wet or dry if persists, antiallergic and bronchodilators ( which broadens the airways and ease breathing) as soon as possible.
