Hello....... Get a chest X-ray PA view of lung.. If there is lower respiratory tract infection x ray gives idea about extent of infection.. If it's upper respiratory infection a course of antibiotics is sufficient otherwise you need to be admitted.. Consult pulmonologist in nearest hospital.
