While playing badminton i fell pain in lower bicep muscles . After continuing a play whole hand suffers with a pain but after some rest pain is gone . sometimes my arms get numb also when i m sleeping.
Start dynamic weight training for biceps to improve endurance and also start doing scapular stability exercise too. If numbness occurs more than once a week see physiotherapist....
I fell down xray was normal but severe pain in the lower back pain right side which spreds to total leg.
