Since 3 days I'm getting mild diarrhea. So I purchased a curd and consumed it by adding little water, salt and little green chilli and getting some bowel movements after that. Is it normal??? (As I was not getting bowel movements after taking ORS.)

Hello You had mild diarrhoea of short duration and after that you took some curd etc which has probiotics in it.y Most diarrhoea are self limiting and stop in ,3 to 5 days .Except ORS and fluid correction nothing needed. And it will take two to three days for the Gut to normalise it's bowel movement. Donot take any medicine .only normal diet and fluids.
