past 2-4 days i am noticing that my right balls are harder than the other one.
no injury,no fever, no vomit
sometimes it pain
and it is hard what it could be lump or cancer?
I am totally confuse what should i do now?
In the month of march i face the problem in that area at that time it was lump,after taking some antibiotics the size of the lump got reduced.
But now it is on/inside the balls which is hard.So, What it could be?

without a proper examination and investigations it will not be correct to offer an opinion for your condition , it can be a simple issue to some very sinister problem , it will be good if you could go and consult a general surgeon who will examine you and will be able to offer the correct solution

Its very difficult to say anything with just this much history and no clinical examination.
Some tests would also be required.
