I have taken Primolut n tab for last 2 cycles to delay my periods. Can I take this tablet again to delay my periods for this cycle as I'm traveling and want to delay my period again this month. First cycle I took as suggested by doctor since I had not gotten my period even after 45 days. Second month I took this tablet to delay my period as I was traveling . Can I take it again this month to delay due to my trip?

Theoretically you can but you are ruining your natural hormone secretions. It may disturb your periods for a very long time.
