As per blood test Calcium was 9.5 on 2/6/26 and 10.05 on 24/6/26
As per USG Abdomen report of 24/6/26 Gall bladder is "partially contracted"

The apparent difference in the size of the iliac bones is most likely due to the angle at which the X-ray was taken and is generally nothing to worry about. Lumbar lordosis can only be commented upon after a clinical examination and by reviewing the lateral view of the lumbar spine (rather than the AP view of the pelvis).
There is a common dictum in the medical profession: "Treat the patient, not the X-rays" (or any other investigation reports, for that matter). Therefore, the more important question is: Why were these investigations performed? Understanding your symptoms, the history of your condition, and the clinical findings is essential before interpreting the imaging or deciding on the next course of action.

I don’t see any abnormality in these X-rays … serum calcium is also in normal range

There is no mention about your problem. Radiological finding of small left ileum is just an illusion since with altered position and angulation it may to be like that. Apart from that we are not treating xrays , but only the patient . Rest assured that there is no pathology given to understand with what much of materials you have furnished.
