How can hyperpigmentation be prevented following fractional laser therapy..can fractional laser inherently cause hyperpigmentation even following religious sunscreen use and good wound care..

Hello Post inflammatory hyper pigmentation following laser resurfacing procedure is very common and at times depend on tendency of skin melanin.. Most probably there are less chances of hyper pigmentation if proper photo protective measures are taken
