My preterm twin babies(32weeks) now weight 4.7kg after 4 months(birth weight 1.7kg). Is it normal weight gain? What should I do further to improve their health. I am breastfeeding +formula feeding ..

Excellent weight gain.. Its shows ur hard effort Dont do any thing extra just continue breast feed and dnt compare ur kid with other 1..
