Are you having exercises in gym ? Was there some extreme weight lifting exercise undertaken by you before about 4 months ? In all probability you are having myalgia chest which may be due to muscle fibre injury which has not healed till now. Your anxiety about the cause and concern for treatment is compounding your perception of pain. Leave it for the time being if the pain is tolerable. See if the pain is related with a particular posture or movement then avoid it. It should disappear over time in next few weeks.

There are many causes of chest pain and cardiac cause is one of those many causes. If ECG, ECHO and TMT are all with in normal limits.. then there is a very little chance that the cause of the pain is of cardiac origin. Sometimes it is the local pathology that is responsible for the pain
Next Steps
Repeat lipid profile, if it is within normal limit or not. no need to stress over that pain thinking it is of cardiac origin. consult a physician. sometimes a through physical examination is all that's required for a proper diagnosis
Health Tips
avoid smoking, restrict alcohol consumption regular exercise and healthy food habits check Blood Pressure, HbA1C (better to consult your physician)
