Prenatal tablets before conceiving

Hi, which prenatal tablets are good to have before conceiving? I have 1 Normoz tab daily for my PCOS and 1 Perfectil due to some hair loss & acne issues. Online research suggests that only 400 mcg of folic acid is needed before conception but most tabs have way more. Is Iron also needed? Which tabs should i take?

Preconceptional folic acid is beneficial.  You can continue perfectil and normoz.Iron is not needed presently.
