Greying of hairs at this age can be because of nutritional deficiencies like vitamin D3 and B12 and zinc. Kindly provide good photos and relevant history for correct treatment.

At 35 years, we cannot label it as premature graying. Your normal graying process has started. With our lifestyle changes our hair is graying earlier compared to our ancestors. You can consult online for medicines or procedures that help your hair health.
